We charge a flat rate for packing and delivery, whether you order one print or a thousand - so you know exactly what you're paying every time.
If your order is for photo prints, a photo gift or wall art product, and is placed before 3pm, we aim to ship orders on the same working day. Some items, such as Collagewall, may take longer. If you are ever in doubt, please contact us before ordering so we can make sure you get your item in time!
On occasion, even if the 3pm deadline has been missed, we can still get a Photo Zone product dispatched for next day delivery. If you think you're too late - please give us a call, and we will always do our best to fulfil your order when you need it.
In the event all products in your order cannot be provided within the specified timescale, a member of the team will contact you by phone and/or email as soon as possible.
We offer delivery via Royal Mail and DPD. In very rare instances parcels can be lost or delayed. We can take no responsibility for this, but, if your item is delayed, we will work with you to get it rectified as soon as possible.
Please note, Bank Holidays will delay parcels by a further day as a minimum - as there are no collections or deliveries on Bank Holidays.
We use DPD & Royal Mail for shipped orders. You will receive an email with updates once your order has been dispatched. If you provide a mobile phone number when you order, Royal Mail and DPD can provide you with updates via text message. Please note, DPD will deliver to Mainland UK only. If you would like to order from outside this area, please contact us before placing your order, and we would be happy to help, but please note there may be an increase to delivery costs and an increase to delivery times (DPD offer a 2-day highland service for example). Alternatively please select Royal Mail as your order will be delivered anywhere within the UK.
This includes Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and all Highland postcodes. For clarity, the following postcodes are included: AB31-35, AB41-54, AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, G83, GY9, HS1-9, IM (ALL), IV (ALL), KA27, KA28, KW0-14, KW15-17, PA20-78, PH15-18, PH19-29, PH32-33, PH45-48, PH30-31, PH34-44, PH49-99, ZE (ALL).
If you opt to collect your order in one of our stores, we offer this FREE of packing and delivery charges. The majority of orders will be prepared at the store of your choosing and your prints or gifts would usually be available to collect in one hour. If this is not the case, you will be contacted as soon as possible.
We strive to make sure your order arrives in one piece (apart from jigsaws!). If this is unfortunately not the case, please email us using the link on the left hand side and we will do our best to make amends as soon as possible.
