Delivery times, file types, finishing options, and how to get help fast. If you don’t see what you need, reach out and we’ll respond quickly.

General

JPG, PNG, TIFF, and HEIC. We recommend sRGB for accurate colour. We’ll flag low-res files before you order.

Yes—upload your files and note you’d like a check. We can advise on resolution, cropping, and colour before production.

Photo prints: optional 3mm white border, gloss or lustre. Canvas: mirrored edges. ChromaLuxe: gloss or matte with floating mount.

Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer, Chrome — desktop, laptop, tablets, or mobile phones. Download the iOS app for quick ordering of prints. The website also works on Android.

You can choose between glossy and lustre finishes with Photo Zone.

Delivery & turnaround

Prints can often be same-day for Click & Collect. Canvas typically 2–5 working days. ChromaLuxe 3–7 working days. Choose tracked delivery or pickup at checkout.

Smaller prints ship in letterbox-friendly packaging. Larger prints ship flat with reinforcement. Wall art is padded with corner protection to prevent damage.

Uploading photos

Click Upload, select your photos, choose upload size (we recommend Large Upload), and press OK. If you’d like to save your photos for later, create an account first.

You can upload JPEG or PNG files. Each photo can be up to 50MB. RAW files must be converted before uploading online, but our in-store kiosks accept RAW images from most major camera manufacturers.

Download our iOS app for quick ordering of prints. You can also upload images to the in-store kiosk using the Upload to Kiosk button and an access code.

Photo & album management

Yes — click the photo and choose Options. You can leave it uploaded and simply not order the image.

Click the collection, choose Options, then select Delete. To delete just one photo, click the photo and use the trash icon.

Yes. Select the collection and click the Share icon if available. If not, go to Collection Settings, open Privacy, change Sharing to Public, and save.

Yes — select the photo and drag it into the desired collection.

Photo editing & cropping

Click the photo and choose the pencil icon to open the editor. Editing and cropping online is free.

Yes — use the edit tools in the photo editor to remove red-eye.

Yes — open the photo editor and use the text tools to add copy to your image.

Ordering

Aspect ratio determines how much of a photo may be cropped to fit the selected size. We’ll show you if this affects your images so you can adjust the crop before ordering.

Refunds and exchanges are granted on faulty products only. As all products are made to order, they’re exempt from standard distance selling regulations. Once placed, orders can’t be cancelled as production begins straight away.

Bring your order number when you come to collect. The number is listed in the email notification and on the order confirmation screen. You may also receive a text message if requested.

Orders can be collected in store free of charge, usually same day or next working day. For delivery options and timescales, see the Delivery page.

Checkout

All online purchases require a valid Visa, Mastercard, or American Express card. Transactions show as “Photo Zone Ltd.” Payment is required even when collecting in store.

We occasionally advertise promo codes for discounts or free products. Enter the code during checkout within the valid dates to see the discount applied.
